Harvest of Peace Microgreens grows small batch, nutrient dense microgreens. Products are grown to order in Clark County and made available for pick up or delivery within two days of harvest.
Green Business Features
- Uses an energy and water efficient washing machine and dishwasher.
- Single use plastic is avoided as much as possible for packaging. Microgreens are packaged in reusable glass jars with a fabric cover and bulk orders are packaged in washable produce bags.
- Product labels are printed on 100% recycled paper in a facility powered by renewable energy.
- Engages with the community by participating in the Clark County Master Composter Recycler program.
