Green Business Features
Source Climbing Center incorporates environmental considerations into all of their business practices; it's a natural extension of the Leave No Trace ethic of the climbing community.
Green practices include:
- Energy efficiency is built in to their facility; daylighting, energy efficient lighting and HVAC systems.
- Repurposes old climbing rope internally and also sends it to Green Guru for it to be upcycled into key chains and bracelets.
- Retail products are sourced from a sustainable climbing company.
- Has a water bottle refill station and encourages climbers to bring their own water bottles to refill.
- Uses green cleaning products.
