- Energy Star qualified refrigerator and ice maker are in use.
- LED lighting is installed.
- Purchases coffee from Heart, a roaster that purchases coffee directly from farmers to ensure they are paid fairly for their product.
- Transitioned to strawless lids for cold beverages, and only offers straws and plastic utensils by customer request.
- Switched from individual sugar packets to a pour-over container to reduce waste.
- Encourages customers to bring their own mug and donates a percentage of the purchase to environmental organizations.
