ZipEco Recycling & Waste

ZipEco's offerings include:

• A two stream doorstep recycling and waste service for apartment communities. ZipEco staff monitor and sort the recycling steam prior to hauler pickup. We also provide written and in-person training opportunities for tenants. As a result, apartment complexes with this service are in the top ten percent of all apartment communities in the area when it comes to recycling based on both high volume and low contamination.

• A corral clean up service for both commercial properties and apartment complexes. ZipEco staff clean and organize the corral areas for maximum efficiency based on the needs of each individual client. Clients typically come from one of four areas; multi-family properties, the hospitality industry, malls/strip malls, and concerts/community events.

• Consulting/training. ZipEco offers one time or ongoing consulting and training opportunities to help large or small businesses initiate and maintain their own waste reduction and recycling enhancement programs. Our approach is practical, positive, and non-judgmental allowing participants to learn and improve at their own pace.
