Happy June! We hope the upcoming summer solstice is accompanied by not only longer days, but also lots of sunshine! Looking to the sun to provide natural light for your business or office is one of the simplest ways to reduce energy consumption - and naturally boost serotonin levels!

PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center was named the Clark County Green Business of the Year for large businesses. This month we celebrate their many impressive sustainability accomplishments including increased recycling efforts, food waste reduction and transition to durable serviceware.

PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center has had numerous environmental successes in the past year including adopting specialty recycling efforts, food waste reduction and energy conservation practices.

Join Our Team - Clark Green Business Seeking AmeriCorps Team Member!

Clark County Green Business is seeking AmeriCorps applicants for Fall 2022!

The new AmeriCorps member in this position will support businesses by assisting in their efforts to develop green team projects and increase environmental sustainability through waste reduction, recycling and composting programs.

Eat Drink & Be Local are gatherings that provide an opportunity for people in Clark County who are interested in local food to get together in an informal setting to relax, enjoy each other’s company and network!

Everyone who is interested in the local food is welcome. No-Host food and drink. It’s FREE to join.
