Be a Partner in Food Waste Prevention Week

February 2024 ‍

Good morning ,

With Earth Month just around the corner, there's a buzz surrounding the topic of food waste prevention as a strategy to foster sustainability within our community. Clark County’s Green Teams are partners in the national campaign for Food Waste Prevention Week, and we encourage you to become a partner or sponsor and promote Food Waste Reduction in the community! The last Partner Info Session is on March 5th at 1:00pm, you can register here.

By becoming a Food Waste Prevention Week Partner, you not only demonstrate your commitment to environmental conservation but also play a crucial role in stopping food waste in the first place, an issue vital to reducing greenhouse gas emissions produced in landfills. As a partner, you gain access to a comprehensive media toolkit filled with easy-to-use resources that empower you to promote Food Waste Prevention Week to our community.

We firmly believe that by working together, we can make a significant difference in reducing food waste and building a more sustainable future. Your participation as a partner not only benefits your organization but also contributes to a larger collective effort toward a healthier planet.

Don't miss this opportunity to be part of something truly impactful. Sign up as a partner today and let's make a difference together!
