Would you like learn more about how you can reduce or eliminate the single-use items you are paying to dispose of in your waste stream AND lessen the environmental impact of your operations? If so, we invite you to join us for a reusables themed Morning Blend on May 1, from 8:30-10 am at Fourth Plain Community Commons (3101 E 4th Plain Blvd Ste.101, Vancouver, WA 98661).
We will be joined by Bold Reuse, OKAPI Reusables and the Clark County Food Safety team. Bold Reuse and OKAPI Reusables, two companies seeking to reduce the number of single-use items sent to the landfill, will discuss strategies to reduce waste by utilizing reusables. The Clark County Food Safety team will be reviewing information about how to safely refill consumer-owned food and beverage containers. And the Clark County Green Business team will be there to discuss important upcoming regulatory information related to single-use items.
