The Clark County Green Awards is an annual celebration of our community's best environmental champions. Awards recognize outstanding sustainability work being done by individuals, organizations and businesses in Clark County. Winners are selected from individuals, businesses and schools nominated by our community as recognition of their green efforts!

The Clark County Green Business program is proud to present the 2022 Clark County Green Awards! Green Business of the Year awards are presented to a small business, large business and non-profit in our community working to adopt environmentally friendly business practices.

Green Business of the Year, Large Business  

The 2022 Clark County Green Business of the Year Award for large businesses is presented to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center. PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center has had numerous environmental successes in the past year including adopting specialty recycling efforts, food waste reduction and energy conservation practices.  

Green Business of the Year, Small Business  

The 2022 Clark County Green Business of the Year Award for small businesses is presented to Wallis Engineering. Wallis Engineering is deeply committed to reducing waste generated by their business.  

Green Business of the Year, Nonprofit or Government 

The 2022 Clark County Green Business of the Year Award for nonprofit organizations is presented to Columbia Springs. Columbia Springs has incorporated many sustainable practices into the organization, including the use of non-toxic green cleaning products and a stormwater management system which includes a rain garden and green roof.

The Clark Green Schools program also presents two Green School related awards. 

The Clark County Master Composter Recycler Volunteer Program also presents the Volunteer Superstar of the Year award.
